Team Bios

Weed Man Midland is a local, family-owned small business. Our office is in Tay Township. Our team lives and works in the communities that we serve. To support our community, we hire locally, and we support groups and charities such as: Midland Rotary Club, GBGH Hospital Foundation, Huronia District Soccer Association & Mountainview Cycling Club.

Gord and Adrienne Gardner purchased the franchise in 1995. Daughter Sara joined the family business the following year and son-in-law Eric Chicoine came on board in 1999. Gord and Adrienne retired in 2006, and Eric and Sara have been running the business ever since. Our sons, Leo and Simon, joined the family business in 2022 and 2025 respectively!

Cheryl has been our Office Manager since 2019 and keeps the office running smoothly. Karen joined us in the office in 2024 as our helpful administrative assistant.

Wade and David provide quotes and inspections. They also help Eric supervise our technicians, which include Curtis, Liam and Dominick.

 

Weed Man has two key priorities:

 

1. Apply top-quality products and services with professionally trained and licensed Lawn Care Technicians.
