Lawn Care Technician | Midland, ON

This is a seasonal position, April to early October and is a great opportunity for someone who is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors.

Must be able to work Monday to Friday and some Saturday mornings.

Weed Man - Lawn Care Worker

As we continue to grow, we are looking for the next great Lawn Care Worker to join our successful team based out of Midland, Ontario. As a lawn care professional, you will be responsible for providing professional lawn care services to residential and/or commercial customers, while always maintaining top quality customer service.

As an associate of Weed Man you will:

• Provide basic lawn care services such as but not limited to fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, etc.
• Provide lawn analysis and quotes to potential customers.
• Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn.
• Complete all paperwork properly and in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance.
• Assist in equipment repairs.

• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Earn a competitive hourly wage plus the opportunity to earn a year-end bonus and/or sales incentives.

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:

* Valid Driver's License and able to get to work daily

* Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
* Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
* Ability to walk extensively and to lift or carry up to 50 pounds 8-11 hours per day
* Able and willing to work in various weather conditions 8-11 hours per day
* Previous industry experience is an asset but is not required
